1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Returning Products
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision.

Customers are encouraged to return products in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical retail store. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
3. Costs of Return
Unless the product is defective, damaged or supplied in error, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, particularly for higher-value items, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, or evidence that the goods have been returned, we will process the refund without undue delay.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Any reimbursement will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
The refund will include:
- The price paid for the returned product(s); and
- The cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase, where applicable under consumer protection legislation.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at ross@minttu.es.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Minttu will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, which may include:
- Repair;
- Replacement;
- Price reduction; or
- Refund.
Where applicable, Minttu will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- Sealed audio, video or software products that have been unsealed after delivery; and
- Any other goods or services excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer, as it may take some time before the refund is officially processed.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

8. Gift Purchases
If a product was purchased as a gift, any refund will generally be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
