2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Minttu and any user who purchases products through this website.

Minttu is a Spanish e-commerce brand serving English-speaking customers primarily throughout Europe, including the United Kingdom.

By placing an order through this website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order through this website, the customer must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age; and
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

The customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information necessary for processing their order.

Products are available for delivery to selected European countries. The countries to which Minttu currently ships, together with any applicable delivery charges, are displayed during the checkout process.

4. Ordering Process

To place an order:

  1. The customer selects the desired product(s) and adds them to the shopping basket.
  2. The customer provides the required delivery and payment details.
  3. The customer reviews and confirms the order.

Once the order has been successfully placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of the purchase.

The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation.

5. Prices and Invoicing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly indicated before the customer completes the purchase.

Invoices are issued electronically. Customers who require a paper copy may request one by contacting us by email.

  • PayPal (where available)

Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment service providers. Minttu does not store customers’ payment card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched through courier services.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, the estimated delivery time is 5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery costs and available shipping destinations will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and seek an appropriate solution.

8. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to return products and request a refund in accordance with the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

9. Legal Guarantee

All products sold through this website are covered by the statutory legal guarantee provided under Spanish consumer protection legislation.

Consumers are entitled to a three-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery of the goods.

Where a product is found to be non-conforming, Minttu will, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law, repair or replace the product, provide a price reduction, or offer a refund.

Customers should notify Minttu of any lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Minttu reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any amendments will not affect orders already placed and confirmed prior to the publication of the revised Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals corresponding to the consumer’s place of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Consumers may also seek to resolve disputes through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
